SOFEC designed and fabricated an external mooring system for the FPSO Prof. John Evans Atta Mills (Tullow TEN) and also assisted with the installation and commissioning. The FPSO is located in the Tweneboa, Enyenra, and Ntomme (TEN) fields offshore Ghana.

SOFEC designed, constructed, fabricated and delivered an external turret mooring system for a 272,000 dwt MODEC-converted FPSO. This is the first FPSO installed on the Jubilee Field, one of the largest oil fields discovered in West Africa in the past decade. This is one of the largest external turrets on an FPSO application.

SOFEC designed, constructed, fabricated and installed an external turret mooring system complete with anchor legs, fluid swivels and installation aids.

SOFEC designed spread mooring piles, mooring legs, pull-in and installation equipment for the FPSO.

In December of 2002 SOFEC was awarded design, supply and installation of five offshore loading stations for transportation of crude oil and condensate from onshore facilities for Sonatrach TRC, the Oil and Gas Company, in Algeria.

Contracted through Hyundai Heavy Industries, SOFEC was responsible for the design and analysis of the Kizomba B FPSO spread mooring system.
