SOFEC designs, manufactures, assembles and tests a series of fluid transfer swivels for the production of offshore oil and gas. Fluid transfer swivels are classified by pressure rating:

• Low Pressure Fluid Transfer Swivels to 740 psi
• Medium Pressure Fluid Transfer Swivels to 6,000 psi
• High Pressure Fluid Transfer Swivels to 7,500 psi

Swivel Styles

Toroidal and Inline Swivels — are primarily used for the production of oil and gas operating at pressures up to 7,500 psi

Hydraulic Swivels — are primarily used for conveying hydraulic fluid at pressures up to 7,500 psi to operate ESD valves
